Dream season ends with a 3 point loss for Wilmington Tigers

Note: Wilmington Tigers head coach William Murphy died unexpectedly six days prior to the Mason Dixon football championship game.

The highlight of Saturday night's game at Legion Stadium turned out to be William Murphy's induction into the Mason Dixon Hall of Fame at halftime. His family accepted on his behalf. The game was a low scoring affair that resulted in a 6-3 victory for the Arbutus Big Red.
