WWAY reserves the right to delete reviews that are abusive, off-topic, use any foul language, or include ad hominem attacks. We moderate all reviews on our site. We never censor reviews based on political or ideological point of view.

REVIEWING A RESTAURANT

Q: I posted a review. Why can't I see it on the site?
A - All reviews must be approved by a site moderator before published. Depending on the volume of reviews this may take longer on heavy-traffic days.

Q: Why did my review get blocked on WWAYTV3.COM?
A - If your review is not approved there are a few scenarios in which it may be blocked:

1. A review is abusive, off-topic, uses excessive foul language, is exceptionally incoherent, includes an ad hominem attack, racist, sexist, homophobic and other slurs or is soliciting and/or advertising.

2. A reviewer has previously posted a review that include any of the elements listed in #1, we will more closely moderate your reviews and it will take longer for them to get approved.

3. Although rare, we will ban accounts entirely if a reviewer continually violates site policy.
 

ADDING A RESTAURANT LISTING - Owners/Managers

Q: How can I add a restaurant to FoodFinders?
A - Click the 'ADD A RESTAURANT' button on the main navigation bar and fill in the required information. The more information you contribute, the more helpful it will be to users. Send us an email inquiry to receive your own login info in order to make updates to your listing! If you own several locations, represent a restaurant group or chain contact us about submitting multiple locations at once. Please be advised all restaurant submissions will be confirmed by FoodFinders staff before going live on our site.

Q: How can I edit the information on my listing?
A - If you notice the information we have for you needs to be updated you may go to the 'Contact' page and selecting the appropriate issue from the drop down menu. If you wish to contact us to discuss in detail you may submit a request for an edit by filling out the contact us form or calling us directly at 910-762-8581, our office hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.

Q: How can I report an unfair, inappropriate, or offensive review?
A - If you would like to report a comment about your restaurant, please contact WWAY at 910-762-8581 or send your feedback to us by clicking on the 'Contact' button and filling out the comment field. If necessary a WWAY staff member will be in contact with you.
 

RESTAURANT LISTINGS - Users

Q: How are the 'TOP-RATED' ranking results of restaurants determined?
A - Top-Ranked results are determined by the popularity of a restaurant on our site. The restaurants that are searched for the most and the most positively reviewed received the highest rank.

Q: How are the 'CHEAP EATS' ranking results of restaurants determined?
A - Cheap Eats results are determined by the popularity of a restaurant on our site and price range under $10.
