Description:

A true Brazilian steakhouse, Espetus will roast premium cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken over flames in a specially designed grill on sword-like skewers. Waiters will circulate in the dining room, offering guests the opportunity to sample these unique cuts of meat, each bearing a Brazilian name.

Unlike many large Brazilian concept restaurants that are popular in larger cities, Espetus provides a more intimate dining experience. The Espetus dining room is warm and cozy with dark, beautiful custom woodwork and a large and inviting bar. Guest will also be able to enjoy the Rodizio style service outdoors on the covered patio adjacent to the main dining room. The restaurant will accommodate 52 guests in the dining room, 9 at the bar and 32 outside.

In addition to specializing in grilled meats, Espetus will feature a large appetizer and salad bar that will please everyone, including vegetarians. Some of the regular items on the appetizer and salad bar include shrimp and salmon, as well as a large variety of fresh vegetables and greens. Upscale desserts will also be on the menu, such as Brazilian Flan, Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake and Crème Brulée. All menu items are included in the prix fixe pricing.

Espetus is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, with Sunday Brunch starting at 11:00 am. Lunch will be served from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday trough Friday with a selection of three kinds of meats. Dinner service begins at 5:00 pm and continues to 10:00 pm weekdays and 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Continuous dining is offered on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am through the dinner hours. Dinner service will include a larger selection fire roasted cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken.

As with most Brazilian steakhouses, Espetus will offer a variety of popular drinks, including the Caipirinha, a delicious concoction made with granulated sugar, lime juice and Cachaça, a liquor made from fermented sugarcane juice. Known as the Brazilian rum, it’s the most popular distilled alcoholic beverage in Brazil. Espetus will also have a generous selection of beers and fine wines to accompany the menu, as well as premium liquors.
