Andrew Braxton Flack faces charges of larceny and breaking and entering. Flack and unidentified accomplices allegedly broke into multiple construction storage buildings and removed rolls of copper wire and tools. Sapps lives in Shallotte. He is about 6-foot-2 and 165 pounds. 19-year-old Grant Robbins is also on the run. Robbins is wanted for first degree burglary and assault with a deadly weapon. He is about six foot, and 280 pounds. He lives in Leland and has worked in Wilmington. According to authorities, 30-year-old Christopher Waybe Estep owes more than $10,000. Estep lives in Leland. He is six foot and weighs about 200 pounds with hazel eyes. Detectives say the suspect pictured first broke into several cars and stole credit cards in late June. He then used the cards to buy merchandise at different locations around town. The suspect in the second photo allegedly broke into the ATM machine at the trolley stop on North Front Street. If anyone has any information on the identity of these two men wanted by police, please call the WPD at 910-343-3600. Twenty-four-year-old Antonio Lamont Munn of Wilmington is accused of cutting a 25-year-old man with a razor blade and inflicting serious injury. Deputies are looking for 25-year-old Clifford Lindsey. He's last known to be living in Supply. The sheriff's office says Lindsey has failed to pay child support for some time, and that he owes about $8,700. Detectives say three white male suspects broke into a coin-operated machine at the Auto Track car wash on Market Street on Sunday. They may have gotten away in a grey or blue BMW. Insoo KimSubmitted by WWAY on 27 May 2008 - 4:11pm.MugshotTextWilmington Police detectives are trying to find a man wanted for Sexual Battery in connection with a recent incident at his place of employment. The female victim reported that she was in Kim's Alterations, 917 S. Kerr Avenue, on May 5, 2008, to try on a dress that she wanted to have altered. According to the victim, as the employee (Insoo Kim, DOB 1-13-1961) was supposedly taking measurements for the alterations, he took indecent liberties, touching the victim inappropriately, putting his hands up under her dress several times and making remarks about the victim's body. The victim left the shop and went home to make a police report. Detectives have been unable to locate the suspect despite repeated attempts. Anyone who knows where Kim is should call 911. Investigators also have reason to believe there may have been other victims. Anyone who has had a similar encounter with the suspect is asked to contact the Wilmington Police Department at 910-343-3600. Twenty-seven-year-old Crystal Corzine is wanted for credit card fraud. The warrant was issued in Horry County, South Carolina but detectives say Corzine lives in the Ocean Isle Beach area. Corzine is about five eight, has brown eyes and weighs about 145 pounds. On August first of last year, Mr. Cooke allegedly robbed the Le So-Lay gift shop. A second defendant was captured, but police are still looking for Mr. Cooke. Detectives say Jason Stokes and Eugene Grady robbed a 23-year-old man leaving a bar in the 100 block of Market Street. One of the suspects reportedly held a gun to the man's head, while the other searched his pockets, taking cash and a cell phone. Stokes and Grady are still at large.
