No low performers in this week's Kitchen Cops report. But there are two high performers.

Big D's Garage on South College Road in Wilmington just opened last month. It lost half a point because workers who prepare, handle and serve food must wear an effective hair restraint. But it's good enough for a 99.5 and Big D's first high performance honor.

Out to Porters Neck and Jersey Mike's on Market Street. Some cabinets need to be repainted and resealed. A half-point violation and a score of 99.5.
