New Hanover County sheriff's looking for missing man

The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office needs your help finding a missing man.

Charles Vincent Harkey has not been seen since Tuesday. He goes by the name Vince and is 5 foot 8, 200 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a goatee.

He was last seen at his home on Tarbert Court in New Hanover County. He may be on a black moped.

If you have seen Vince Harkey, call the sheriff's office at 798-4260, or dial 911.
