Usually when we report a murder story we’re responding to a scene with a body… working the story from the outside in… first getting the “what happened and how” from police.
Then we look into the personal angles.
However, we have reported the Bradshaw story from the inside out… first through the eyes of a wife hoping desperately that her missing husband would somehow reappear.
Flanked by an 18-month old son bearing his father’s name, you could feel her anguish in our interview last evening and couldn’t help but pull for a happy ending to this missing man mystery.
Sadly, it was not to be.
Having heard her pleas, you can only imagine how hard it was to hear that her husband had been killed.
Now she’s left to wonder how and why, as police look for those same answers.
The motives for murder are many.
The consequences are truly tragic.
