Murder charges could be filed Thursday in a Duplin County shooting. It happened around 10:30 Tuesday night at the Pizza Hut on Highway 117 in Wallace. The restaurant was closed, but employees were inside.

Wallace Police Chief Bobby Maready said Mario Brown pulled up in a car with two other people and fired six shots into the building. Two of the shots hit and killed 20-year-old Antonio Fenner.

Chief Maready said Brown and Fenner knew each other and had been having problems. Maready also said Brown claims to be a gang member.

Brown is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. A murder charge is expected Thursday.
