About Me

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Stephanie enjoys living near the Carolina coast and working for News Channel 3.

She joined WWAY in February 2007 and covers the health stories that affect your life.

Before moving to Wilmington, Stephanie graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Electronic Media Journalism and a double minor in speech and political science. While attending MTSU, Stephanie was a sports anchor for the college-run station MTTV. She began her broadcast journalism career at WCJB in Florida, working in the newsroom and in production.

Stephanie loves North Carolina, but misses the 60 acre Tennessee farm she grew up on.

When Stephanie has a long weekend off, you can bet she’s in Chattanooga riding her family’s horses.

In her free time, you can find Stephanie working out or on the beach.
